"Increases the Attack power by 25% (Decreases the incoming damage by 25%) as well as increasing (decreasing) the reflexes by 10% between attributes." Elemental Advantage applies after all other calculations. This means that this is done after all buffs, DR and Pen. This includes elemental totems such as Nerua. For example, this plays out as:

For example, this plays out as: * An Anael the ball in the position LW ( 1832 reflex), Bell CM ( 2223 reflex) tries to steal from her. First, reflex calculation is done, the game then grants Bell another 10% reflex whilst taking 10% off Anael. Next, it grants 25% attack power to Bell whilst taking off 25% attack power to Anael. Then damage calculations are done. After buffs, penetration and Damage Increase effects have been taken into account the game applies a flat modifier to this 'final output' increasing (decreasing) the damage by 25%. This would mean a Bell that would deal 1000 damage would deal 1250. It must be noted that this applies before crit modifiers
