Later, the shop was sold to Cyndiepet, who held it for nearly a year before finally agreeing to sell it to Scupperer for over 1.25 million PoE. Scupperer, the governor of Prolix at the time, had been coveting the property for a different use, as Prolix is a medium sized island and was fully built up. Once obtaining this building, he allowed it to crumble. Shortly thereafter, in its place, Deluxe Desuetude Dens, a mansion, was constructed.
