When Hiccup arrives at Prison Darkheart, he sits down at a table next to Eggingarde. When he asks about Fishlegs, who Eggingarde used to be friends with and had seen him be dragged down into the sand by the Monster of the Amber-Slavelands, she tells him it's bad for morale to talk about the lost. She tells him the routine of the Amber-Hunters, and that she has been in the prison for as long as she can remember. She also explains that she is a Wanderer, and Hiccup notes that she reminds him of someone who he can't remember. That night Eggingarde tells Hiccup a story about what happened to Fishlegs (though she insists it is not true), scaring Hiccup, Wodensfang and Toothless in the process. She goes Amber-Hunting with Hiccup and Stoick, and that night is rescued by Camicazi's Escape Team. Sh

It is unknown what happens to her after that.
