Dictionaries is a data type in Python. This type is closely related to Lists, but it has the key advantage of so-called Keys. That also explains the name, we have a key and the description to it. Furthermore, this can contain several types, but the key has to be a String. To explain this, we look at the Syntax:

- "Dictionaries" is the fourth episode of the D Series of QI and the 40th episode overall. It was first broadcast on BBC Four on 13 October 2006, and was broadcast on BBC Two on 20 October 2006. Ronnia Ancona and Rory Bremner made their first appearances. The episode was preceded by "Dogs" and followed by "Death". "Dictionaries" was the first episode in which there was a three-way tie: everyone except Ronnia Ancona tied for second place with -7 points. Interestingly, the episode had only three forfeits and none of these were first questions in the General Ignorance round.
