Delkeye is the capital and most-populous city of the Delkish Sefenlands with a population of about 940,000. It lies on the Skirts. The Sefenlands, just as the Delklands, were punished for their involvement in the destruction of the Ayelands by the learned of Parthalenn when they were locked behind the Walls of Wind that supplanted the Walls of Fire. Travel between the two continents is fairly unrestricted by the Walls of Winds, however, and in order to access more resources, the Emperor of the Sefenlands, Gattos Eres, has stationed himself in the Delkish Sefenlands, using Delkeye as his capital, and Messink's Keep as his seat. Delkeye is otherwise known for its strange taste in food, its fishing ports, its military fortresses, and barracks.
