  • Walter Gould was a colleague of Jacob Hargreave and Karl Rasch. He joined in Rasch's scientific expedition to the Tunguska crash site in 1919. Gould and the others discovered the existence of the Ceph and their technology. Through unknown circumstances, Gould and his colleagues were the only survivors of the expedition; Rasch and Gould were severely weakened and were carried (at superhuman lengths) to safety by Hargreave before being rescued by members of the British expeditionary force operating from Vladivostok. Gould remained closely tied to Hargreave and Rasch, and their findings from Tunguska, before mysteriously dying from an accident. Prior to his death, Gould sired a son who eventually fathered Nathan Gould, who worked for Hargreave-Rasch.
