The company was created in the year 304Ap together with Vansen Motors, its main car manufacturer, and entered the market to compete with the sales leader in Aros, the old Autovilhe (now called Navilhe Group). Vansen excelled in producing high-quality popular cars and outperformed its rival in sales in 310Ap, and would soon become the country's largest automobile company and the first to export vehicles off the continent. In addition to the popular Vansen cars, the company started to invest in other types of vehicles, with the creation of subsidiary companies, such as Garsa (sports car manufacturer) and Murala (bus and truck manufacturer). Besides that, the company acquired Paria in 311Ap (a subsidiary of the Autovilhe company) and in 312Ap it bought Son Guard (a 4x4 vehicle manufacturer).
