Schloss Fliederbrunn, Kien, Greater Hulstria, July 7, 2519 - d.November 10, 2559) of the Rothingren-Traugott Dynasty was the second Kaiser of the 2nd Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria, reigning from 2559 to 2593; Klemens assumed the throne following the death of his father, Ferdinand I in 2559. Klemens reign was marked by the defining event of the War of Luthori Succession. Klemens claimed the Luthori throne as a descendent of both Richard I of Luthor and Edward II, and had hoped to ascend to it. However after Republicans toppled the government, it became apparent that if the monarchy were restored it would be under the Regent House of Orange, not the House of Rothingren-Traugott. Klemens, despite his assertions to the throne, put his annoyance aside, and supported the Orange Monarchy. Klemens was noted for his staunch belief in a pure royal bloodline, resulting in all of his childrens' marriages to members of foreign royal families or high ranking noble families. Many of his successors to the throne would follow in Klemens' in this respect. Klemens II of Hulstria died at the age of 74, like his father, on November 15, 2593. His son would be coronated the new Hulstrian monarch as Godric I of Hulstria.
