He asked them to buy the picture, and then burned it and cut Franklin, and was subsequently kicked out. Nubbins was later revealed to be Drayton and Leatherface's brother, arriving at their house at the same time Drayton and Leatherface brought Sally there. They tried to get Grandpa to kill her, but he was too old to kill her with the hammer, so Nubbins and Leatherface tried to help him, resulting in Sally's escape. Nubbins and Leatherface chased after her, and Nubbins was run over by an 18 wheeler. In The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Nubbins's skeleton appeared, reassembled, always being carried by his twin brother Chop Top like a puppet, and treated as if he were still alive. After suffering a serious injury at the hands of Lieutenant Lefty Enright,Drayton grabbed a grenade from Nubbins's skeleton (mentioning his name) and set it off, killing himself, Leatherface, Grandpa, and Lefty, and destroying Nubbins's skeleton.
