Liel, known chiefly by her chosen name of Tulitine, was a farsighted seer and the daughter of Illiel. She was the granddaughter of Maigraith and Rulke and was thus the great-great-granddaughter of Yalkara, Faelamor and Gyllias. As a triune, Tulitine's heritage allowed her to live for over one hundred and eighty years and during this time master the Art of healing.

| - Liel, known chiefly by her chosen name of Tulitine, was a farsighted seer and the daughter of Illiel. She was the granddaughter of Maigraith and Rulke and was thus the great-great-granddaughter of Yalkara, Faelamor and Gyllias. As a triune, Tulitine's heritage allowed her to live for over one hundred and eighty years and during this time master the Art of healing. Like her father, Tulitine was estranged from her grandmother, and indeed, was hidden by him to keep her from his mothers grasp so she would be unable to use her in her experiments to create the perfect quartine species as a memorial to Rulke. Tulitine became an important member of the Defiance in the later days of the God-Emperors reign, and acted as a confidant of Maelys Nifferlin and Cryl-Nish Hlar. During the struggle against Jal-Nish Hlar and the immortal Stilkeen, Tulitine found love with Yggur, and both ultimately survived the war.
