- The Dolphin Slash (ドルフィンスラッシュ Dorufin Surasshu) is Marth and Lucina's Up Special Move. The two fly quickly upwards, blade extended vertically.
- Dolphin Slash is Marth's up special move in Super Smash Flash 2. The move acts the same way as it does in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Marth quickly slashes upwards, traveling a significant vertical distance but leaving himself helpless after the move's execution. This move is useful for vertical recoveries; aerial swipes of Dancing Blade can stall Marth so that he can reposition himself for safety. Despite this, however, the move does not travel very far horizontally, limiting Marth's horizontal recovery. Dolphin Slash can also be used as a potent out of shield option to escape pressure, as it has decent horizontal knockback when Marth hits with the sweetspot at the beginning of the attack.
