- The Witch Costume is a limited edition costume available on FarmVille. It was originally released during the Halloween Event (2010). It was re-released on the October 26th, 2011 as part of the Halloween Event (2011), available from the market for and File:XP-icon.png experience gain.
- One of the classic, popular Halloween costumes is a witch costume. There are many variations -- the scary witch, the alien witch, witches from particular tales (e.g., Glenda the Good Witch from Oz), sexy witch, child witch or other "themed" witches, such as a purple one. To make the costume distinctive, the wearer may choose colors other than black. White is sometimes used for a "good" witch or green for an environmentally conscious witch.
- The full set includes:

* Witch cloak The set is obtained after players have given some sweets (Popcorn balls, Wrapped candy, and Chocolate drops) to Maggie, the travelling witch. She gives players one item per sweet type. If a player loses any part they can get it back from Diango at Draynor Village.

If a player loses any part they can get it back from Diango at Draynor Village. Note: Each component of the Witch set can be affected by Low or High Alchemy spells and turned to gold, unlike most other Holiday Event items, each for six coins. Diango can nonetheless supply more sets, even if they are removed using this method. The magic of the Explorer's ring is also able to perfectly cast the spell on the set.

The simple version of the costume is a black, long dress. Optional accessories include a wand, a cape or robe, a long-haired black wig, pointed hat with a large, round, flat rim and/or a stuffed toy or rubber animal (such as a cat, owl, bat, rat, spider or toad) to represent the witch's familiar. Some variations include an ugly face - either using a mask or face paint and a fake nose. A variation of the costume is the "sexy witch costume" with a short black dress and "hot" make-up. To make the costume distinctive, the wearer may choose colors other than black. White is sometimes used for a "good" witch or green for an environmentally conscious witch.
