Jungle Guardians are trees guarding a sacred grove for the druids at the western most part of the Bloodstone Fen mission. The bonus of the mission is to revive the druids without killing any of these Guardians. On the other hand, upon killing them, dark spirits called the Ravagers will manifest, thus causing to fail the bonus.

Jungle guardians can be compared to revenants as they attack from all three corners of the combat triangle, and pose a threat to all but the best of players. Unlike revenants though they cannot freeze or teleblock you.

  • Jungle guardians are creatures unique to the Feldipitius Jungle and are the spiritual protectors of the jungle, just as Tree Spirits are to trees. Jungle guardians can be compared to revenants as they attack from all three corners of the combat triangle, and pose a threat to all but the best of players. Unlike revenants though they cannot freeze or teleblock you. Able to appear at any time while travelling in the jungle, it is advised that you run away from them. Jungle guardians are able to lower stats rapidly, especially defence, magic and prayer. They are highly resistant to both range and magic attacks, but due to their natural composition they are weak to melee attacks, especially axes and machetes. There are certain points of the Feldipitius Jungle where there are less Guardians, one of these places is the area surrounding the Gold Ore Camp. They are often found in the densest parts of the jungle, especially near the various blockages of plants and rocks which they can use to trap you to an extent. Therefore it is advised that you are incredibly cautious when passing through denser parts of the jungle and have enough run energy to flee should an attack come. Jungle guardians are similar in appearance to tribesmen, however they are slightly taller and broader than their living counterparts from Karamja and are clearly coloured differently, with a strong green tint. This tint makes them also much like Filliman Tarlock after he becomes a Nature Spirit.
