Margaret Anne Eve (1844 - 22 March 1917). The youngest daughter of Henry Weston Eve, of Maldon, Essex. By 1881 she was living in Gordon Square, Bloomsbury in the house of her brother, Henry Weston Eve (junior) who was headmaster of University College School. In 1891 she was elected a Progressive member of the London School Board (LSB), representing Finsbury. Re-elected on three occasions, she remained on the board until its abolition in 1904. In 1906 she was co-opted onto the Education Committee of the London County Council. The council had taken over the responsilities of the LSB.
