The Yokusei Clan (抑制,ichizoku yokusei,literally meaning control family) is a clan of shinobi located in the Land of Bears.The Yokusei are feared and renowed due to their kekkei genkai,Yokusei Release.The clan is a member of Hoshigakure and has a highly prestigious position there.Most members of the clan go on to high ranking positions within the village.Though the clan did lose a few members due to Hoshigakure's star training,the leader of the clan pulled out all its clan members off the training so the clan lost very few people compared to the other Hoshigakure clans.It is known that an Yokusei Clan member was once the Second Hoshikage.

The current leader of the clan is Warai Yokusei,the father of Jiman Yokusei,the only currently known user of Atmoskinesis,the ability to control all five elements. In battle strength,the Yokusei are undefeatable.Their clan is much like a warrior clan.They would rather charge straight into an enemy rather than strategize or trick them though this is an aspect that is rapidy changing.
