Harry Osborn is rich kid and was one of the popular kids in school and was one of Flash Thompson's buddies in Middle School. During these years, he met Peter Parker who was being bullied and humiliated by Flash. Harry then stood up to Flash and threatens him to back off from Peter, This ended their friendship between Flash and Harry but started a new one with Peter. Despite their differences the two bonded; Harry improved Peter's social status, and Peter helped Harry with his homework.
Before High School,
Harry introduced his father,Norman Osborn to Peter. Norman took an immediate liking to Peter when he was informed that Parker can understand his work. In High School, Harry was introduced to Peter's soon- to- be girlfriendGwen Stacy and then the three became best friends.
Spider-Man
Harry's father created the Oz Formula, an experimental solution intended to turn ordinary humans into superhumans.
In High school, while Harry and his classmates went on a field trip to the , Manhatten, a spider injected with the Oz Formula bit Peter, he gained superhuman strength and agility. Harry then finds this out later on accident and decides to help Peter on his path to becoming Spider-Man . Under the pretence of fearing for Peter's health, Norman took sample of Peter's blood, and realized that Oz had made him stronger.
