Colin Henry Mann (12 July 1914 - 16 January 1987) was a public relations consultant and Conservative Party politician. Born in Kenley, Croydon he was the son of Stanley L Mann and Irene née Snelling. Educated at Cambridge, he was Public Relations Officer for the Conservative Party from 1947-52. He represented Lewisham West on the London County Council from 1952-58. He worked for a number of leading public relations companies, and was President of the Institute for Public Relations in 1963-64.
