| - A Souk - an Arab or Berber marketplace or bazaar - features in Dreamfall's Casablanca. A coffee shop, a sushi bar, a fountain - at which Zoë sat with her friends when she was in high school - and stalls which apparently offer organic vegetables are to be found in the souk. On arriving at the souk for the first time in Dreamfall, Zoë is accosted by Aaralyn who is also on her way to the gym. Later, Reza arranges to meet Zoë on the seat next to Moca Loco to ask if she can collect the package from JIVA and deliver it to him in his nearby appartment.
- One of the locations set in Rhodes, Souk consisted of a huge open-air marketplace, similar to the Grand Bazaar. A large kiosk, with lanterns hanging inside, stood in the center, with palm trees dotted about. Due to the vastness of the simulation, each area had its own distinctive ambiance. Bustling hallways filled with merchants and vendors, open-air market stalls decorated by intricate latticework and patios with a touch of greenery were all present within the Souk.

Souk, like most of the simulated locations in the first and second stage, had two aesthetic variations. As such, it could be utilized during dusk or the night.
