One of four Battaglia businesses in Havana, the Battaglia Masonry was managed by Pepe Noriega. Like its fellow Battaglia businesses, the Masonry was a front for the Almeida family's gunrunning racket, and had an incredibly rare automatic weapon located in its basement. In 1959, Dominic arrived in Havana and seized the business for his own, leaving Albert Credi to keep an eye on business.
