| - While I stated in the rules that flora and fauna don't count at this time to have last appearances, what are your opinions if such a decision was to be made at a later point in time? Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem 11:06, June 21, 2011 (UTC) I think it might be useful to do that for the Fauna pages, but it seems a bit redundant to also do it for the flora pages. Personally, I don't care when it was the last time we saw a certain flower and it might be hard to discover when exactly that was, since they are just background filler. As for the animals, that would be a lot easier, although I think the task will primeraly consist of adding the {{Oa}} template.. So basically to conclude: I don't think it is really necessary, but it won't hurt either if we did do it. Lady Lostris 11:19, June 21, 2011 (UTC) What LL said. Dcasawang1 (talk) 14:11, June 21, 2011 (UTC) Like I said, I'm not going to change the rules of the group to allow these parameters, but so far the idea of Fauna getting last appearances is promising. Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem 13:23, June 22, 2011 (UTC) I would say, why not? 13:25, June 22, 2011 (UTC) If it was to happen, three groups of two members (because there are 6 total members) would be assigned to place the last appearances of each fauna specimen within each of the books. Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem 13:29, June 22, 2011 (UTC) That would be a much better system than how the LA were added to the characters, that was kind of chaotic. Lady Lostris 13:30, June 22, 2011 (UTC) Honestly, it was very chaotic. People were adding LAs and the then-misspelled "oa" template left and right, even done by non-members (though I understand that these tasks aren't limited to dedicated groups). It was hectic just to go back and change them. At least my consolation prize was the Mother Sky Bison badge. As for the partnerships, it would be up to the two in a group to decide which fauna each person would add in the LAs of. Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem 13:33, June 22, 2011 (UTC) Mhm, instead of each chosing a book, maybe we can just pick a column on the page, so you won't have any problems with animals that appeared in multiple books. Lady Lostris 13:37, June 22, 2011 (UTC) By this you mean the groups are assigned fauna belonging in certain letter groups then (e.g. 1st group does A-G, etc...), right? Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem 13:40, June 22, 2011 (UTC) Yes, sorry, could've explained that better. Lady Lostris 13:46, June 22, 2011 (UTC) Would anyone have any preferences regarding who they want to work with? Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem 00:09, June 24, 2011 (UTC) Not sure because I am going to be inactive till the ninth of July starting tomorrow. 21:36, June 30, 2011 (UTC) There is a chance that I'll pop in once a day, but probably not long enough to do some serious work, sorry guys. Lady Lostris 23:50, July 3, 2011 (UTC) Regardless now... the groups have been made for simplicity's sake... just work on them when you come back... I told PSU (your partner) and Dcasa to either hold off or work on half, allowing you and Sky to work on the others. Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem 23:52, July 3, 2011 (UTC) Thanks H-man. Okay, I'm off :-) Lady Lostris 23:53, July 3, 2011 (UTC) Seems that I have a good wifi connection on the hotel, so I can do my part. But H-man, isn't it better to give the first group A-F, the second G-P and the last Q-W? Because as it stand, PSU and I hardly have any work do to. The letters you assigned us contain 14 pages in total, while the first group for example has over 50. Lady Lostris 16:50, July 4, 2011 (UTC) When you put it that way, yes it is unfair... though I originally planned it strictly by letter group. I'll make the necessary changes to my statement below and send a quick note to you and the other four members. Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem 20:45, July 4, 2011 (UTC)
