Mishmarot (, lit. Shifts) is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located adjacent to the city of Pardes Hanna-Karkur, it falls under the jurisdiction of Menashe Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 258. The village was founded in 1933 by immigrants from Russia, Lithuania and Latvia. Its name refers to the shifts of the guards. Notable former residents include Shalom Hanoch and Meir Ariel.
