| - Event Horizon is a Citadel Cruiser from the Koensayr Shipyards. Built almost 200 years ago, it was purchased by the Republic Diplomatic Corps as a transport vessel for Senators and other dignataries. As such, it has 2 staterooms and half of the cargo area has been converted into an exercize room.
- Event Horizon can be retrieved from one of the following activities/vendors:

- Muzét raises her right hand with her index finger pointing toward the sky, and a bright light appears above her. It then transforms into a hazy, black hole with purple swirls. After enlarging in the distance, the black hole then explodes with a burst of brightening light, which deals great damage to all foes on the field.
- The Event Horizon is a ship that was possessed by an evil entity from the film of the same name, Event Horizon. It is not to be confused with the Moral Event Horizon.
- While heading through the Stargate, Captain Samantha Carter was amazed to see that the fluctuations in the event horizon were visible and appearing as ripples in water. (Stargate) (SG1: "Children of the Gods") The event horizons of Black holes cannot be viewed by normal perception, as gravity draws light into the event horizon and prevents it from being seen. - The boundary between a black hole and normal space is known as the event horizon. An object falling toward a black hole experiences time dilation which goes to infinity as the object approaches the event horizon; to an outside observer, the object will appear to slow down as it falls, never seeming to actually cross the event horizon.
- An Event Horizon is an area of space around a Black Hole where time becomes drawn out and twisted in ways that are not even known to modern science. Because of their proximity to the extreme gravity of a black hole, event horizons are essentially time capsules, where time moves so slowly that for anyone trapped inside an event horizon mere seconds pass whereas for the person on the outside centuries go by. The Andromeda was trapped in an event horizon while trying to escape the Nietzschean attack at the Battle of Hephaistos. She spend over 300 years frozen in time.
- In general relativity, an event horizon is a boundary in spacetime beyond which events cannot affect an outside observer. In layman's terms it is defined as "the point of no return" i.e. the point at which the gravitational pull becomes so great as to make escape impossible. The most common case of an event horizon is that surrounding a black hole. Light emitted from beyond the horizon can never reach the observer. Likewise, any object approaching the horizon from the observer's side appears to slow down and never quite pass through the horizon, with its image becoming more and more redshifted as time elapses. The traveling object, however, experiences no strange effects and does, in fact, pass through the horizon in a finite amount of proper time.
- An event horizon is an extremely powerful energy field which surrounds certain astronomical phenomena which have high gravitational attractions, such as singularities, wormholes, and cosmic strings. At the event horizon, the escape velocity equals the speed of light, making escape from the gravity well impossible under normal circumstances. Event horizon was one of the vocabulary words listed on the chart "A Tunnel in the Sky". This chart was seen in the schoolroom aboard Deep Space 9 in 2369. (DS9: "In the Hands of the Prophets")

- (We start off with a parody of the introduction of Goosebumps. Firstly, NC is shown walking outside a grassy park, carrying a bag labeled "Shadowy Letter Collection". NC opens the bag, causing all sorts of written papers and shadowy letters to fly around the place. One letter passes by a billboard of Stephen King, with a caption saying, "Read Stephen King!" During this, King's smile turns into a frown. A person picks up one written paper, which says "Goosebumps now nostalgically profitable!" The person is revealed to have Jack Black's face, who glows million dollar signs on his eyes. A shadowy letter flies towards a front door of a house and knocks on it. NC approaches the door.)
