Synopsis
| - A friend of Ted Knight claims to have found a new star in the night sky. Starman investigates and discovers the light to be a blinking electric bulb suspended by a balloon. He follows the signal back to a gang of crooks led by Puggy Randall. Starman is temporarily defeated by the crooks, but he escapes in time to stop a prison break. Randall was using the flashing light to send coded signals to men inside the prison.
