| - John Blewett, III was a NASCAR driver from Howell, NJ. He competed in four Craftsman Truck Series events in his career and was tragically killed in a Whelen Modified Tour incident in August 2007. Blewett's truck career began in 1996, when he competed at Flemington. Starting 20th in the field of thirty, Blewett fell out late with mechanical issues in route to a 22nd place finish. Blewett's next two Truck starts both came in 1997, when he started the year off at Flemington once again. It was a struggle again for the driver, only completing thirty-seven laps before finishing last (30th). He fared no better at Martinsville, finishing 33rd with engine woes. Blewett's final career race came in 1998, when he competed at Richmond for Greenfield Racing. Starting 25th in the field, Blewett completed all but one lap in route to a 26th place finish. Although it was not his best career finish, it was the only race in which he was running at the finish.
