Kraft Macaroni & Cheese (also known in the United States and Australia as Kraft Mac and Cheese, known in Canada as Kraft Dinner and known in the United Kingdom as Macaroni Cheese or Cheesy Pasta) is a brand of packaged dry macaroni and cheese. It was invented by James Lewis Kraft, who was born in Fort Erie, Ontario but who was living in Chicago at the time. It first went on sale in the United States and Canada in 1937.
