Melissa Andersen (born 11 February 1984) is an actress best known for her recurring role as Tarni Baxter in popular drama series Blue Heelers. Melissa was born and raised in Geelong, Victoria, Australia, and attended Christian College Secondary School (1996-2001). She began acting as a fourteen-year-old and has been a member of Screen Actors Studio for the past eight years. Melissa has starred in several television commercials and has most recently been seen in new drama series Tripping Over. She currently lives in Geelong and works in Melbourne, but hopes to move to Los Angeles in the near future to pursue her acting career. Her favourite band is Silverchair.
