Nomad is from the quest Nomad's Requiem as you find more about him you will find ways in which you can become the perfect wizard. boss fights: you: Adventurer: wears, Old Bandos Chestplate, Tassets and wears dragon claws with special and dragon boots also a strength skillcape. advised you fight him with magic and turn on protect from melee, he can use range as well so be prepared. he can hit through prayers at times with his special attack. Doom Dragon: very powerful dragon created by Virtus, Torva and Pernix from dragon essence of revenants. it's dragonfire can take up to 3200 hp, you will have to defeat it using skill by taking down all three power orbs around the room, cast air surge in all the orbs for them to turn white and drain the dragon's power, now you will need to cast fire surge on it for them to turn red and strike 5000 damage out of the dragon. this gives you a chance to fight it normally for a minute. now after it regains, strike air surge on the orbs again to turn them blue now use water surge on them to strike 12,000 damage out of the dragon and you will be able to attack it for only 2 minutes, now for the final attacks you will need to activate the doom sphere by casting all surge spells on it and then when it's activated you will need to take the wand located inside it. wield it and use it's spell on the dragon for the rest of the fight to finally kill it, it will drop third age platebody. end of quest: you will dig up the Nostalgia's chest and find a virtus wand and money, plus for helping Nostalgia out it will say a note, telling you about the wand.
