RHEE, Chong-hyup is the brother of Chong Chul and Chong Yoon Rhee, one of three brothers who "fathered" taekwondo in Australia. C. H. Rhee was born around the late 1930's in Korea. In the mid-1960s, he contributed to the introduction of taekwondo in Malaysia and Singapore. He arrived in Australia with his brother Chong Chul in the 1970s and settled in Melbourne, Australia. Chong Chul Rhee later settled in Sydney with his brother Chong Yoon and established Rhee Taekwon-Do in Australia. Rhee Taekwon-Do is a family-owned business, based entirely in Australia.
