The level zone (レベル領域ゾーン Reberu zōn) is the zone that determines the level of member cards you may mobilize. During the level phase, the turn player may put a card from their hand into their level zone face up. During the first turn of the player going first, the card is placed into the level zone face down instead. Only the owner of a face-down card in the level zone can look at it. Like member cards, rested cards in the level zone are returned to the stand state during the stand phase of the turn.

  • The level zone (レベル領域ゾーン Reberu zōn) is the zone that determines the level of member cards you may mobilize. During the level phase, the turn player may put a card from their hand into their level zone face up. During the first turn of the player going first, the card is placed into the level zone face down instead. Only the owner of a face-down card in the level zone can look at it. If a player already has four cards in the level zone, whenever they place a card into the level zone, they must return a card from the level zone to the hand, effectively swapping the cards. Face-down cards may be swapped out of the level zone this way, replaced with a fresh face-up card. While mobilizing member cards, the member's level must be equal to or lower than the number of cards in the level zone. While mobilizing tranceunion cards, you must also have a card with the same color or world as the tranceunion in the level zone. Both of these restrictions apply to mobilizing members through Trance. During the battle phase, players can only declare a number of attacks equal to the number of face-up cards in the level zone. As a consequence, the player going first cannot attack during their first turn, as they must put their first card into the level zone face down. During the logic definition step, cards in the level zone may be rested to draw a card and play a card from the hand as logic: this action is called a level boost. Like member cards, rested cards in the level zone are returned to the stand state during the stand phase of the turn.
