Luc De Schepper (born, 1946, Belgium, sometimes referred to as "Dr. Luc") is a physician, acupuncturist and homeopath. De Schepper earned an MD in 1971 in Ghent, Belgium; after graduation he served as a family doctor for NATO troops in West Germany for four years. He then did acupuncture-courses via the Dutch Doctors Acupuncture Association where he earned a LicAc in 1978, and then at the International Society of Acupuncture in Paris, France. He first studied homeopathy as part of his acupuncture program, and later at the British Institute of Homeopathy where he received a D.I. Hom in 1992, and a course by fellow homeopath Robin Murphy, called the Hahnemann Academy of North America, where he received a CHom in 1993.

De Schepper moved to California in 1981 and obtained an acupuncture license there in 1982. After completing a neurology residency in the US, he gained California medical licensure in 1985. He currently also holds medical licenses in Colorado and New Jersey. He lectures on homeopathy internationally.
