Antumbra, is the assassin you run into when doing the quest Buad Blood. If you chose to let her live she is suppose pay you back in Aleroth. She is sent to Broken Valley by the Assassin's Guild to murder Buad, the alchemist, who lives in the water mill.He once accidentally killed an assassin by mixing the wrong herbs in his tea and now the Guild wants revenge. You can choose to kill her thus saving Buad or you can aid her in completing her mission. If you do this, she promises to reward you when you arrive in Aleroth, although this never happens.
