Brass amulets are, to put it bluntly, useless. They give no stat boosts, have no hidden effects, and nothing that makes them worth the time it takes to pick them up.

| - Their only possible redeeming feature is use as "RNG fodder", which basically means you wearing or carrying them it hopes that the RNG will damage them rather then any other more valuable equipment you are wearing. Of late, questions have been raised as to whether or not this practice even works. See this thread for details.
Also, stacks of brass amulets can be dipped into blessed potions of exchange or a potions of raw chaos to produce other amulets. They will also give a bit of gold if sold.
