Outside of the Star Wars universe, Yang has performed stunt work for other notable titles, including Skyfall, where he also made an appearance as a bodyguard, and Game of Thrones, where he served as Pedro Pascal's (Oberyn Martell) stunt double. He won Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture for the former and Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series for the latter at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2013 and 2015, respectively.
