The Silicone Glow (originally named the Pamela) by Peter Fish is a yo-yo released in the mid-1990s. It had glow-in-the-dark side caps that light up for 10-15 minutes in the dark after extensive exposure to light. It also features a flowable silicone filling within the yo-yo's body halves. The gimmick, was that the silicone would flow toward the rims while the yo-yo was spinning, due to centrifugal force, thus creating a self-balancing yo-yo. Its slimline shape, along with the wooden axle sleeve makes it great for looping.
