  • Valeria White was issued a Time-Turner at some point before November of 2009, most likely by the Academie de Magie, for use in her historical research of the beginnings of the American Wizarding Confederation. In November of 2009, White showed the Time-Turner to her half-sister, Alexandra Quick, who subsequently used the King family house-elf Triss to steal the device from the cargo hold of the airplane that White traveled on. Quick then returned to the Charmbridge Academy and attempted to use the Time-Turner to travel back to May of 2009 in order to stop herself and her half-brother, Maximilian King, from traveling to the Lands Below. She was stopped, however, by an unknown individual who Stunned her and took the Time-Turner.
