Jonathan Huberdeau (born June 4, 1993) is a Canadian ice hockey forward who played for the Saint John Sea Dogs in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). At the 2011 Memorial Cup, Huberdeau helped the Sea Dogs win the Canadian Hockey League championship, and was named the Tournament's Most Valuable Player in the process. He was also selected to the tournament's all-star team. Vityaz Chekhov obtained Huberdeau's Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) rights when they selected him fifth overall in the 2011 KHL Junior Draft. Huberdeau represents Canada internationally, and has a gold medal from the 2010 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament. He was drafted third overall by the Florida Panthers in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
