Louise Anne Bloom (born 7 April 1964) is a Liberal Democrat politician and former member of the London Assembly. Elected at the inaugural election of the Assembly in 2000 as a London-wide member under the top-up party list system, Bloom resigned in February 2002. She continues in local politics as a member of Eastleigh Borough Council, Hampshire.
