| - * Stewie realizes at the end of the episode that Brian genuinely cares about Peter and the two are really good friends. However, back in "New Kidney in Town", Brian had already proven his loyalty to Peter by offering both his kidneys to save Peter's life. This event was witnessed by Stewie back then.
* The last episode where all the events were revealed to be part of Stewie's experiment after a Griffin is shot dead was "Lois Kills Stewie".
* As opposed to previous episodes, Quagmire surprisingly gets along with Brian in the start of this episode.
* When the gang loses their memories, Quagmire thinks his name is ShirtPants, Joe thinks his name is Manly Walker, although Quagmire thinks it should be Manly Wheeler, and Peter thinks his name is Earl.
* Since "I Dream of Jesus" Peter loved "Surfin' Bird" by The Trashmen but when his memory was erased and the song of the same name was played on the jukebox in The Drunken Clam, Peter pulled the plug on the jukebox and claimed the song was "annoying."
* Peter is shown replacing a family portrait with the "Laser Tag Times" newspaper. The family portrait, however, was in the spot Stewie's personal portrait should have been.
* When Joe visits his house, he believes himself to be a stripper when he finds his police uniform. Bonnie was a stripper before she met Joe in "Internal Affairs".
