* Move Delete - User:MickMacNee created the page[1] and has been banned from editing Wikipedia by the Arbitration Committee unti 4 August 2012, at which time the ban becomes an indefinite ban until such time as he demonstrates to the Committee that he is no longer a threat to the collaborative nature of the project. * Keep MickMacNee (talkcontribs) cited the post at the link in his CfD nomination at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2009 January 15#Category:Kosovar people. Because it provides relevant background for the CfD nomination, it should not be deleted. I support moving the post into Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2009 January 15#Category:Kosovar people and then redirecting the page to the CfD. Cunard (talk) 19:25, 2 July 2012 (UTC)

* SmokeyJoe's suggestion is a good guideline. However, it is unsound in this case because the user talk page is fully protected and because of Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/MickMacNee#MickMacNee banned (1 year, then indefinitely). Because MickMacNee cannot participate in the discussion (without engaging in sockpuppetry or requesting a user to engage in WP:PROXYING for him), notification of him is not required before this MfD comes to a conclusion. Cunard (talk) 18:17, 11 July 2012 (UTC) I maintain that MickMacNee should be notified before his then valid contribution gets deleted. Whether this is purely for procedural record keeping, or for his talk page watchers, or in the expectation that he may be soon welcomed backed, or erring on the side of politeness, is not the point.
