The Krayt Riders, also known as Krayt 11 or KR 11, were a criminal gang which origniated on Tatooine and quickly became known for their assassinations and fearless emotions. Krayt 11 was named after the Tatooini creature that inhabits the dune sea, the Krayt Dragon. The gang originated when a group of people were stranded in the dune sea and were attacked several times by Tusken Raiders. The group formed together the Krayt Riders to fight off the Tuskens but when they returned to civilization, they became a criminal gang which expanded to other planets as well. Criminal activities include assassination, drug distribution, contract killing, murders, robbery, hijacking, and terrorism.
