- Drakon, originally known as Peter Issunfoe, was an old and powerful Libaterran necromancer who had begun the process of turning into a lich by following Chakal En Ra's teachings found in A Guide to Mastering the Artes Necromantick. His quest for power and spreading his influence led him to become the advisor of Yoshimuriko who ordered him to train Rebel troops in order to make them more effective in the war against the Locken Loyalists.
