Metropolis is only visited in Random Kingdom III and crucial parts of the game's plot take place in the Tower. This is where Asumi is held and experimented upon (assuming it wasn't the Lazarussia laboratory. Wether it was is subject of some debate.) It is here that Ole faces Commander Martinovich . Late design documents refer to the tower being a perpetual construction site that is being built on by automata and workers coordinated by a digital entity called the Coordinator (or Architect; or Advocate). From the elevator controls and the fact that no floors seem to exist above the highest floor accessible by elevator, it can be deduced that the tower has 150 floors. This may reflect the number of prayer beads on a rosary.
