The street light glows to reveal it's Alicia. Meanwhile, Chas is disheartened after a morning of viewing pubs in the area has proved unsuccessful. Later, Diane tells Marlon that Chas has the drive and determination to make the pub survive and, although she can't afford to lower the asking price, she admits there may be a solution after all. Elsewhere, when Nicola confronts Kelly, the schemer insists she's only back in the village for Bob; Kelly wins Marlon over by lending a hand in decorating the nursery; and Jimmy's starting to believe Kelly's claims of their closeness.
