When fully manned, the 219 SFS will be the largest Air Guard Security Forces Squadron. These units are the largest military police contingent at Minot Air Force Base, being primarily responsible for maintaining the security of the Minuteman III missile silos in the surrounding area. The 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron is non-deployable.
