"Góðan Morgun (Faroes I)" is the first of four planned EPs by Faroese singer-songwriter Si. It was released on August 2, 2009 as her musical debut in the UK, US & Canada. Si has stated in interviews that the four EPs serve as an introdcution to her music, and will be followed by her debut album You Have Travelled Far, which is currently scheduled for a late 2009 release. The EP was a surprise success, especially in Canada where it peaked at #33 despite Si carrying out little promotion. To date, it has sold 140,143 copies.
