Dovercourt House was a 6 storey tower block on Bell Barn Road on the Lee Bank estate in central Birmingham. The block was designed by Birmingham's City architect A. G. Sheppard-Fidler and was approved in 1958 along with Ingleton House. It was completed in 1960 by DL and overlooked Dolbrand Grove. It has since been demolished, to be redeveloped as modern housing by Optima Housing as part of the Park Central scheme.
