  • Wiil-Hur-Krein was a male Cerean born on Bespin. He was one of the colonists of Haplai. He was secretly a New Republic Observer. At Haplai he had a job as an oorg rancher, riding his trusty aryx, Kweex. Wiil-Hur-Krein discovered the location of Hope Citadel. He greeted the Gruesome Gackles when they landed on the planet and gave them aryx mounts. As the group traveled to Haplai, they found a herd of oorgs and a dead aryx, Pyrnu, and moments later were attacked by a nexu, introduced to the planet by the Peace Brigade. When they arrived at Haplai, the village was being attacked by the Hit-Hard Hanadaks. Wiil-Hur-Krein used this opportunity to the advantage, pretending the Gruesome Gackles were mercenaries he had hired to save the village. They fulfilled the role, and were noticed by Peace Brigade spies. The Cerean Observer then took the Gackles to Muracie via the Fiilihana Ferry. They were attacked by thieves with massiffs. The Observer concluded the thieves were Peace Brigadiers testing the Gackles' mettle. In Muracie, the group was approached by Turmo, a Peace Brigade recruiter. He took them to Hope Citadel.
