| - The Congress of the United States of Oceanesia (also known as the Congress of Oceanesia or the Oceanesian Congress) is the national/federal legislature of the United States of Oceanesia. It is a bicameral legislature, consisting of two houses: the House of Representatives and the Senate. The Congress meets in the Capitol Building in Oceanopolis, OFD. Representatives are chosen through direct election, and Senators are chosen by the legislatures of the states and the federal district. There are ??? voting Members of Congress, of which, the House of Representatives has a membership of ??? and the Senate has a membership of ???. Members of the House of Representatives serve one-year terms representing the people of a district. Congressional Districts are determined by population using the Oceanesian Census results and each State in the union having at least one Representative in the Congress. Each state, regardless of population, has three Senators, and the federal district has two. Senators serve three-year terms.
