The Official UK Lost Podcast, previously known as UK Lost when under the control of Channel 4, is the United Kingdom's official podcast for Lost. Following the move of Lost from Channel 4 to Sky One for Season 3, the podcast was also moved and renamed to The Lost Initiative, keeping a similar format and host Iain Lee. Iain Lee is joined every week by Lost: The Official Magazine editor, Paul Terry, and fan favourite, Geeky Tom. They also take phone calls from fans and Lost experts.

Following the move of Lost from Channel 4 to Sky One for Season 3, the podcast was also moved and renamed to The Lost Initiative, keeping a similar format and host Iain Lee. Iain Lee is joined every week by Lost: The Official Magazine editor, Paul Terry, and fan favourite, Geeky Tom. They also take phone calls from fans and Lost experts. Starting from Season 5, The Lost Initiative will no longer be an audio podcast and instead will be an "online TV show" available on the Sky1 website. It will also be twice a week, with new episodes available to watch on Friday nights after the airing of Lost on Sky1, and additional episodes on Wednesdays.
