Boyd Higgins, also known as Buck Higgins, is one of characters in the show Family Matters. He threatens Eddie, Steve, and Rodney in the episode Fast Eddie Winslow. Urkel challenges him to a double or nothing match-up and was close to winning until he broke his glasses. However, Carl comes in just in time with an equally imposing Estelle and has to fill in for him. Boyd claimed it's not fair, but is told that he looked around to find a couple of laws being broken in The Corner Pocket. After being threatened with arrest, he reluctantly allows Carl to fill in for Steve and subsequently loses the game.
